suppose \Processor(_Total)\% Processor Time can NOT go up to 100 because its the average CPU usage across all CPUs.
But the event triggered by high CPU usage of performance counter \Processor(_Total)\% Processor Time is over 100.
Anyone knows how could this happen Thanks
