I am following the documentation for upgrading Zenoss from 4.2.4 to 4.2.5 on Centos 6.4. During the MySQL upgrade portion of the process (Chapter 5.2) I have run into a problem running the "mysql_upgrade" command to upgrade the existing databases. I simply get a FATAL ERROR that looks like this:
# mysql_upgrade
Looking for 'mysql' as: mysql
Looking for 'mysqlcheck' as: mysqlcheck
FATAL ERROR: Upgrade failed
I've also tried running the command as --verbose to see if I can get more info but nothing more is generated.
