I think you've found a bug. If you haven't done so before go to http://jira.zenoss.com and set up an account, then report the bug. Given that it is a feature that existed in the old ZenPack please list this bug as a P1, explain exactly what is in this thread, that it worked in the old pack and doesn't work in the new one and label it as a regression.

I had originally intented to do that when I first found the issue, but JIRA wasn't bothering to display a CAPATCHA that day so I couldn't create an account. I did so on Friday, and its ZEN-13331.
