Subject: | Log in with Active Directory user |

I can log in with the standard admin account and a newly created user account. However, after setting up LDAP support in Zope with my Active Directory server, I cannot log in using any AD user.
First of all: how should I log in domain.com\user, domain\user, domain/user, user@domain.com
Then, is there a way to see what happens when you're trying to log in I don't see anything in the Zenoss logs, but maybe there's something in the Zope logs Where are they
Cheers,
Michiel

First of all, I changed the time of the server to be the same as the AD server. Now I'm getting some other results. When I log in with my AD user name only (so without domain in any way) and the right password (without the right username/password, I get the login screen again):

Need to know what version of Zenoss you are running
This http://wiki.zenoss.org/Enabling_LDAP_Authentication_in_Zenoss_Core_5 article is for Zenoss 5 but works pretty-much the same for Zenoss 4.x. There is an older Zenoss 4 article here -http://ttp://monitoringartist.github.io/community.zenoss.org/docs/DOC-2510.html - beware that some of the package versions may have changed.
If you are using 5.1.x there is currently a bug whereby you cannot access the Zope role manager - don't have a workaround for this one yet - see https://jira.zenoss.com/browse/ZEN-25539
Worth checking zenhub.log (in $ZENHOME/log - need to attach to the zenhub container first if you are working with Zenoss 5) - that tends to be first port of call for LDAP errors.
Sorry for the delay - the forum seems to have been blocking my responses for 5 days.
Cheers,
Jane
