Subject: | Maps not working - Sorry, we have no imagery here |

The map had been working, but was geocoding every time it refreshed. We had quite a few sites but it did work. Suddenly, one day it just stopped. All it would do was show a blank, gray screen. Now, after deleting all but one address and clearing the geocode cache, it just shows a gray background with the words "Sorry, we have no imagery here." It doesn't matter what I do with the address, it just keeps displaying that. Any idea how to fix it This is Zenoss Core 3.2.1.

Rseckton,
Zenoss 3x uses the older google API which google has probably now disabled. You will have to upgrade to 4.x to use the current API.

I've tried creating a new 4.x server and could not get the API key to work with it. I tried using the web browser key (referrer) and that didn't work. I tried using the server key and that didn't work either. I found instructions for setting up Zenoss for both and neither worked. It just complains about the API key. I will have to open a new thread about that.

Hydruid,
Are you talking about creating a new key with the current API version for the 4.x Zenoss install I did and it still doesn't work. It has a different name so I created one with the name of the 4.x box instead of 3.x. Or are you talking about 3.x

I'm talking about 4.x.......I don't have it pulled up right now but usually the Server IP one works quite well. I usually put the Wan/Lan IP's in and if that fails, I just add 0.0.0.0/0
