Hi,
I have a big problem.
In my zenoss disappeared all user's roles and now nobody can see events.
When I try to set up roles or group I receive 'user not found'.
I added a new user using "zport/manage" but in the GUI don't show.
Maybe the problem is in the "event.LDAPDelegate". I tried add it a one year ago, but I didn't finish it, and today tried to delete this settings. After this I have a problem with roles.
Sorry for my bad english.
Anyone can help me

Resolved. I found an uncompleted plugin which call to AD and gave errors to log file.
I deleted it and Zenoss works fine.
