To monitor specific service for clients in one device class, E.G. to monitor "spooler" in "File Server" device class. How to configure in Windows Services page , that can monitor spooler service only for clients in File Server device class Then exclude the clients with spooler service running in other device classes

I believe that "services" are at a global level, so there is no way to specifically assign it to a specific Device Class

I believe in the windows world Hydruid is right, but you can set up a transform to drop events, or use the trigger/notification system to filter out service related events from categories you don't care about
