Send one alert for multiple alerts

For example, if a network switch goes down that takes out a web server, database server, and a dev environment I would like to get a single alert that states that the web service is degraded. Is this possible in Zenoss What is this type of alerting calledIf someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Something like that is what I am talking about. However, I was hoping that I could group devices by the service that they provide and then alert on the service status. This looks like I would have to write a transform for every scenario that could possibly degrade the service.
