Subject: | all daemon showed as down in porlet but running in Daemon page, error ZepConnectionError:Could not connect to service |

I got a big big problem, anybody can help me
When I working on event, try to close lots of events on zenoss, then the browser keep loading without response. After that , problem happened.
I tried to restart zenoss service, restart zenoss host linux server.
I still can see all daemon are displayed as down in Daemon process portlet in Dashboard
Check in Advanced -> Daemon, they are on and green
No more new event in event page since that.
When I tried to close or acknowledge on the old event I can see in the event page, error "ZepConnectionError:Could not connect to service."
And a black window in the middle of the page with error message "There was an error handling your request"
I can still access mysql with the password and try below solution:
1. check $ZENHOME/etc/hubpasswd. admin:zenoss
2. pkill -u zenoss
Then
su - zenoss
zeneventserver start
3. su zenoss; zopectl stop; zeneventserver stop;mv $ZENHOME/var/zeneventserver/index $ZENHOME/var/zeneventserver/index-bk; zeneventserver start; zopectl start

Hi All
All daemon are running in the event page, but it listed in the daemon process down porlet in Dashboard page
It is very strange. Even I have restarted the linux server, the problem still there.
It is clean installation of Zenoss 4.2.4, not upgrading from old version.
Seems service cannot contact with core component.
Is it caused by mysql db problem
I just check with "df" command, no volumn is full.

Take a look at this post as well: http://community.zenoss.org/message/70856
Also look at this bug that was reported for 4.2.0, basically the same thing, with a few tips in comments on how to resolve: https://jira.zenoss.com/browse/ZEN-4565
