If you can live without IP address, the built in Filesystem report (Under Performance Reports) is probably what you need.

I need this custom file utilization report to be sent to mail and get the summary per day.

how can i do that using the pefromance utilization page

Theres no built in way to schedule and mail a report but there's a "reportmail" util in $ZENOSSHOME/bin/reportmail

Yes I am using the reportmail, thanks

But i Need only certain information as listed on the top such as:

Machine Name, IP address, Filesystem, utilization on a daily summary.
