I guess that peed of interface is not detected correctly - e.g. it's 100M, but actually it's 10G.
It as known issue in Zenoss 4 (or snmpd) and workaround for Zenoss 4 was to set right interface speed manually - http://wiki.zenoss.org/ZenDMD_Tip_-_Change_Interface_Speed (keep in mind, that zendmd is not recommended/supported in Zenoss 5)
