Hello,

I have just updated the time of our server using NTP (the timezone is UTC and it was 1 hr ahead, I just fixed that by NTP) and am unable to access Zenoss GUI anymore. I receive the below error when I try to access GUI and there is a form to report the problem to Zenoss.

Type:
Value: 1400005240

I have tried to restart both Zenoss and rabbitmq-server after NTP update but that did not help. I am still presented with above error.

I would really appreciate it if experienced folks give me a bit of help about this. What possibly may be causing this

Thanks,

Yes Andrew, it was running. I also received zentrap heartbeat failure - half an hour later after the update.

It was ~18.00 UTC when I updated the time, so let's see how it's going to be on 19.00 - I will keep you posted.

It's back online Andrew - thank you. Would you mind telling about the reason why this happened

I have the same problem however I set the clock back by about 10 hours. Will this also take an hour or is there another way to resolve the issue

I have restarted the zenoss service as well as rebooted the VM but this has not made a difference.
