KeyError:'macAddresses'
This question is Not Answered.(Mark as assumed answered)
When I tried to move some devices from /Server/Windows/File Server to /Server/Windows/WMI/File Server, below error return.
Failed to move devices. KeyError:'macAddresses'
These devices are online , informations are correct

Hello,
You've posted several questions, I highly recommend that you read the
Zenoss Admin guide to get a better understanding of how everything works.
To fix this issue, try closing your browser and try again, it should work
with no problem.

I have tried to close all browser windows, restart zenoss service , and try to move the device on another computer, still same error. Would you please help

Which method are you using to change the Device Class Are you dragging it
using the UI or opening the device, clicking the gear, and choosing Change
Device Class there
Try both methods if you haven't already!
