JSON event query on dedupid

I need to query events for a specific dedupid but when I execute the query the event details are returned for events with different dedupid's. I am executing:
zenoss_api "evconsole_router" "EventsRouter" "query" '{"limit":2000,"params":{"dedupid":"2.2.2.2||/Perf/Filesystem|5|D Drive"'}}
I need to identify the threshold and whether the event is still alarming or not so will querying the event provide me this?
