Zenoss Startup issue

The Zenoss Services are not starting showing red mark, I have waited for about 2 hours but they are not coming into action.

Can anyone help me to configure out ??

Which services are showing up as red?  If you mouse over the red dot what does it say, is which health checks are failing?
