Hi,
Is it possible to migrate Zenoss 3 or 4 to 5.x I can't find any procedure how to do it If it not available with some kind of ugprade is it possible with exporting and importing data from DB

No. I would just add any custom things into a ZP (if not already). Setup 5, install your ZenPacks and then do a zenbatchdump and zenbatchload
A lot has changed since 3 :)
