IIS ? ZenPacks.zenoss.Microsoft.Windows

Zenoss v4.2.5
ZenPacks.zenoss.Microsoft.Windows - v2.6.9
CentOS v6.8

Is there a way to monitor only certain sites and only alert when they are down and not on every state change It seems like all the pieces are there but the monitoring was just never quite finished. If you look at the details of a server you get a list of all the sites and it shows the Monitoring and Locking Check Boxes, but the Monitoring Check Box is always greyed out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
