Have you followed the link to here https://www.pagerduty.com/docs/guides/zenoss-4-integration-guide/ . The Guide for Zenoss 4, under the Zenoss 4 bit, has point 1 as:

Login to your Zenoss servers shell as root. Open the /opt/zenoss/etc/zenactiond.conf file within your text editor. Update the zopeurl parameter to the URL that you use to access your Zenoss web interface. This parameter will be used to directly link from your PagerDuty console to your Zenoss web interface. Note: This can be an intranet URL. Make sure to remove the # symbol from this parameter so that the field is activated.

This comment seems to have been omitted from the Zenoss 5 stuff but I'll bet is still relevant. Looks like the ZenPack adds a new type of Zenoss Notification - which will be run by zenactiond.

Looking at my 5.1.8 from ADVANCED -> Control Center, select zenactiond and change the Display dropdown to show "Configuration File"; I have:

# http path to the root of the zope server
# (default: http://localhost:8080), default:
# http://localhost:8080
#zopeurl http://localhost:8080

Provided you have sufficient authority, you can change that setting from this panel; you will also need to restart zenactiond.

So, would I simply edit/un-comment these two lines and restart zenactiond

Hi

I only had to update "zopeurl http://..." and restart zenactiond.

Now the pagerduty alert link indicates correct url for zenoss.
