Windows monitoring via winrm

I am trying out the Zenoss 5 appliance. I am monitoring 20ish Windows 2008/2012 servers and most work fine. I have a couple that give the below errors with trying to model.

a couple give this error:

the above "unpack" line a few more times

I am guessing it is on the server side but I can not find any information to point me in the direction of what I need to change.
