Having problems in installation of zenpacks.

I followed the admin guide chapter 15 and tried to work with it again and again I am not knowing hot to get the zenoss core 5 web interface although I got the control center web interface working and adding application template is working fine.

But I am not able to understand the concept of zenpack installation using zencor web interface as i am unable to get the interface for it.

Also from command line docker networking is a challenge coming into existence.
These are some outputs for help :

Something is wrong please help me with the same to carry on further.
