I have zenoss core 4.2.5 installed on my CentOS 6.5. recently I tried to install several new zenpacks on that. I went to wiki.zenoss website and there I found two zenpacks including "Mikrotiik" and "Cisco environmental monitoring". then I went to advanced tab-> zenpacks, and from above the page I clicked install a zenpack and then I browsed to my zenpacks(with .man extensions) that I'd downloaded previously. unfortunately I recieved following error:
"failed to install ZenPack ZenPacks.zenoss.MikroTik-1.1.1.man. See event.log for details."
I also know that installing zenpacks through .egg file is available, but I don't know where and how should I find the zenpacks' associated .egg files.
please guide me.

the zenpacks are in the center of the page under hte download links for each zenpack. I'd suggest installing from the Command Line. As user Zenoss do:
zenpack --install zenpacks.foo.bar.egg
