Subject: | zenwinsrvsnmp heartbeat failure event problem |

Hi All,
After uninstalling the ZenPacks.Nova.WinServiceSNMP zenpack i am still getting the following event (every minute):
Resource: localhost
Component: zenwinsrvsnmp
Event Class: /Status/Heartbeat
localhost is the zenoss server (v4.2.5,CentOS,Quad Core Xeon, 8GB)
I have tried the following (i'm not a linux person so these were done following searches on the forum):
--moved localhost to a different device class and back
--deleted localhost
--re-added localhost
--added localhost by actual ip address
--reindexed
--rebuilt relations
--deleted zenwinsrvsnmp.pickle & zenwinsrvsnmp.pickle from /opt/zenoss/var
the only instance of 'localhost' that currently exists is the collecter (the actual server is added to devices by its ip address and named differently)
The server is in the Server/Linux device class so as far as i understand it should not even be using zenwinsrvsnmp even if it was still installed.
any more help would be greatly appreciated
cheers

I have now fixed this...
The fix was to delete the zenwinsrvsnmp from the daemon_heartbeat table...
