My ZenPack contains python scripts and parser. The template contains them and the cycle time is 5minutes. But when I have set up the Distribution of zenoss and I can monitor the device by the collector(localhost and the remote collector) successfully. But when I use my zenpack to monitor the device. The python scripts doesn't run and so the parser class get nothing to parser. At last, it causes an event.
Anyone can help. Thank you!

Can you execute command under zenoss user on collector and provide provide output:
