wizard starts on existing build

After a reboot of a 6.2.1 master node we are now receiving the "Install wizard" instead of the normal login. Is there a file not being seen to launch this? Prior to the reboot it was a production box with users and devices.

Never mind, several reboots of all nodes and we are back up.

I assume this was a problem with one of the mountpoints that contain the configuration.
