I wanted to test a restore to make sure my backups are working correctly, I get the below error.

[root@zenoss6# serviced restore backup-2019-06-04-203450.tgz
service is running

[root@zenoss6]# journalctl --since "2019-06-04 17:06:00"

Well, it seems its as simple as stopping the ZenOSS core application/service before trying to restore.  I figured from the GUI it would handle all of that behind the scenes for you.  The restore seems to work after stopping ZenOSS.
