6.2.1 Windows Server File System Info Missing

I have a fresh install of 6.2.1 running, and have some of my 2012 R2 servers modeled.

The issue Im running into is that Zenoss sees the system drive, and all the mounted volumes used for network shares

For both the system drive with a drive letter, and the mounted volumes that do not have a drive letter, Zenoss is correctly reporting the total capacity of each disk, however, the Used/Free & %Utilized columns are all 0/Unknown.

What am I missing to get this info to populate?

Hi Matt,

When you add a new device Zenoss sends invalidation messages through to the hub which then propagates that info to the monitoring daemons to tell them about the new device and to get them to start monitoring it.  Sometimes those invalidations can get processed slowly if there's a large invalidation backlog being processed at the time.  It sounds like it just took the system a bit to catch up.  Every few hours the daemons perform a full config cycle where they generate a brand new monitoring config then start using that so it might have just taken until that happened for the monitoring to fire up.  In the future one thing you can try is the Push Changes option in the menu in the bottom left when you browse to an individual device.  Sometimes doing that a few times will get it to kick off quicker.
