Those events are saying that your collection daemons, like zenperfsnmp, are not in communication with zenhub (the central daemon). The heartbeat between such daemons is usually about 5 minutes. Your screenshot doesn't show the count field but, given that you appear to have events from lots of daemons then, yes, it sounds like something is badly wrong with your Zenoss.
Is zenhub running?
Can you restart all the daemons / services?
Especially if you on Zenoss 5 or 6, are you short of resources (go into Control Center, explode out the Zenoss services and see if any of them have little red spots alongside the name).
When you have resolved the issue, you can clear heartbeat events from ADVANCED -> Events, scroll to the bottom of the page and there should be a "Clear heartbeats" box to tick.
