heartbeat failure

Helo Zenoss gurus,

we;ve been sitting on a issue with zenoss collector for past week and can't pinpoint a root cause.
we;ve tried all possible solutions and workarounds.
the collector for zenoss isnt showing up any data and populating with new data points.

today we saw there is multiple zenoss heartbeat failures with all the collector process.

any idea whats the cause here?
