Thank you for reply! So, I need install new instance of Zenoss 5 and add all monitored devices from the old Zennoss server in manual mode? Or there is some partial automation tools?

Look at the zenbatchdump / zenbatchload utilities. You can use these to dump out some or all of your devices, device classes, Systems, Groups and Locations. They go to a text file that you can then edit and manipulate.
This will not get you events or performance data - doubt there is any way to get them.
More subtly, if you have done lots of customisation on Zenoss 4, it will not get you performance templates, imported mibs, custom reports, customised event classes and mappings. I tend to use a migration ZenPack to get such things and move them to the new environment - but I would seriously question whether I really do want to go to Zenoss 5 if I have a well-customised Zenoss 4.
Cheers,
Jane

Hi Jane!
Thank you for reply. I'll think about the advisability of updating Zenoss. Perhaps we'll install and tests before upgrading.
