Changing admin password

Hi guys,

Need an urgent help. I have changed the admin password in core by using the admin tab where we have to enter the new password and then the old password to save the changes. But now while accessing the zenoss core site it keeps looping with the message "Your session has expired or you have entered an incorrect username and password" and then goes on to another page which says "resource not found" as shown in the attached document. Tried restarting the server too. I am able to access the Zope control center putty into the server though. I am sure that the old admin password was right as I had made another change before that. Advise needed please.

Hi guys,

A follow-up to this post. I have redeployed the core template and it started working fine. Just found out that this issue pops up once I change the admin password from the console. Then while trying to go to the link it gives the page below as per the snapshot. The same happens with Chrome and Edge. Any advise on this? And now when I am trying to logon to zenoss user from the root it says su: user zenoss does not exist. Appreciate any help.
