TO CUSTOMISE COLORS/FONTS BEING USED IN THE EVENT CONSOLE.

I am using Zenoss 5.3.2 . 
1) I want to manipulate the colors/fonts being used in the event console. The black font seems as if it's bolded so that on the muted backgrounds of red, light blue, dark blue, yellow and orange the text is not as easily readable. How can we configure the specific background and text colors in the event console display.

2)Is there a way to increase the size of the font used on the event page (it's too small), without making the entire event web page bigger?

3)We use green/up alerts as a notification that a service/application or server has restored. We require green/up alerts to be present to the display - how can we make this work? 
Please provide with the solutions as early possible.
