Hi,

To begin with, login to resource pool which holds the zeneventserver. attach the zeneventserver docker container. try to stop the zeneventserver using serviced service stop <containerID>. If it still fails to start, kill the process and start zeneventserver.

You may also have to note that the OPENTSDB reader and writer, central query, zookeeper, zenhub and impact(if there) are running with no issues.
