Hi,

Definitely some of the services are failing to start. So to begin with, try restarting zenoss services.

If you're using zenoss 4.x, use the command 'zenoss xstatus'  as a zenoss user. And the. Just restart if you see any daemons failing to run. The command is 'zenoss stop' and 'zenoss start'. Stopping and then starting g the services is a best practice though and ensure you check the processes before you start the services again. Also check if your db is active and has zends service running.

And if you are using zenoss 5.x, from the control center stop zenoss.Resmgr service, from the control center CLI as a root, stop and start Serviced and docker services.

systemctl start serviced
systemctl start docker

Make sure you stop and start the above services in the same order.

Them from control center ui start zenoss. Resmgr services.

Let us know how it goes.
