This can be useful. I had similar problem but my problem was that I selected IP from docker internal subnet!
Have you backup at least ? you can remove remain docker containers by command: "docker rm $(docker ps -aq)" and start main app instances (serviced service start Zenoss.core). If you issue will be still present go through this procedure:

I had a similar problem and ended up fixing it by deleting and rebuilding the host from within Control Center. Hope it helps.

Yep that's the fix alright, THANKS!!! I noticed the 6.0 documentation is wrong as well it should say
"serviced host add Hostname-Or-IP:4979 default --register" for a single host deployment, I can confirm this works

@Nick - thank you for the post. I am sending this to the doc group to look at and tagging. There will be a new version of 6 out shortly with a few fixes as well as a 5.3.3. Will post to you all when those are up on TechZen home page.

Had 5.x running and it got stuck at 100%cpu so I blew it away and installed 6.0. First it wouldn't start so did the above with the host. That kind of started it but now it is running at 100% and CC shows lots of things missing health checks. Access to core is insanely slow. Time for a new thread I guess.

As far as I know, 6 was pulled about 3 weeks back and has not been re-released. Certainly in the OVA, the rawevents queue wasn't created so there was effectively no events subsystem.
