Hi Friends,
Could you please help me to migrate the Zenoss application to different server, as the old server is having some hardware issue.
My current version of Zenoss isZenoss 3.2.1 and I want to install the same version in new server too.
Requirement 1) how to install and configure the Zenoss 3.2.1 in new server
2) How to migrate the apps to new server
3) how to find the database details(user id and password)
4)How to migrate the database from old server to new server.
Bothservers (Old and New) are Linux servers.

Are you really sure you wanmt to do this Whilst 3.2.1 was very stable, it is VERY old.
If you do stick with 3.2.1, start with a full zenbackup of your old environment - us ethe --save-mysql-access flag to capture the mysql parameters in the backup.. You will need to ensure that both old and new have exactly the same ZenPacks installed. Build your new server plus zenpacks and try a zenrestore.
Don't forget that all your managed devices will also need SNMP / ssh configs changing to permit access from your new server.
Cheers,
Jane

Could you please provide me the step by step document or commands for the tasks to perform the requested, as I'm new to this.
Note: Also I'm getting the following error, could you please let me know how to resolve it "MySQLConnectionError: (1044, "Access denied for user 'zenoss'@'%' to database 'zenoss'")"
