Customer is getting locked out because his account is somewhere in Zenoss config ...

I have a customer that was troublshooting his Zenoss install. A while ago it appears he made a chance somewhere in the config where his password is wrong and when Zenoss is running his account gets locked out. I have looked all over in the config and can't find it.

I verified that nothing was in a local server template by going toDevice Classes root at Infrastructure/Devices, then Details, then Overriden Objects, and on the zProperty select box, selectzWinUser and looked for his user ID anywhere and couldn't find it.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
