We currently have Zenoss Core 5.1.1 installed and learning how it works. I just noticed that under the ADAVANCED tab, Setting, User Interface is an option to Enable Hyperlinks in Event Fields. This check box was not enabled, so I selected it. What is it's purpose The Admin guide does not speak about these feature/function.
We'd like to be able to highlight an alert, click on the specific alert name and invoke specific alert documentation. Does 'Enable Hyperlinks in Event Fields' allow this

What does mean that for example, Can it be able to insert url links in an event transformation or not

I just test a new event simulation, with hyperlink on summary field and it are working fine...
