Hello everyone,
I'm new with zenoss. Got projuct to setup brand new box (VM) from scratch. Can somebody please help me gude me step-by-step how to install and configure

You need to get the Install Guide, the Update Guide and the Admin Guide. Helpful info on the wiki. Start here - http://wiki.zenoss.org/Main_Page and then look at the deployment info at http://wiki.zenoss.org/Install_Zenoss .
If you want someone to do this for you then Zenoss consultants do exist but otherwise you need to do a spot of self-help.
