i tried downloading the file several times but it gets stuck with error, can you provide another link
edit: only fails with chrome, download ok with IE.

Which version of chrome Please go to About Chrome and paste the version string.

I just tested here with 41.0.2272.101 m, and after some time the download speed goes to zero.

I also tested in IE and found that it worked (confirming what you're saying). A search of Google shows that many people are having issues with Chrome and large files that dates back several years and hasn't been fixed.

Image runs up OK but unable to connect to https://zenossmaster . I have added in an entry to /etc/hosts and I can ping zenossmaster.
