Unable to login to Zenoss instance on AWS with default login credentials

Hi Folks,

Installed zenoss core 4.2.3 on AWS. Able to get to the homepage on https

trying to login with the following credentials:

username: admin
password: zenoss

Login failed with the following error message "ur session has expired, or the entered password or username is incorrect".

Any assistance would be appreciated

How did you install Zenoss With the community script Do you have console access

login as zenoss user, run 'zendmd'
while in zendmd use the following commands:
app.acl_users.userManager.updateUserPassword('admin', 'newPassword)
commit()

Then login to webUI using newPassword

use sudo to get to the user zenoss
sudo -u zenoss -i
or sudo su - zenoss

i have resolved the issue by reinstalling the instances....thanks for the help
