Running Zenoss 4.2.4 on Centos 6.5.
I have included the zenoss.snmp.HRSWInstalledMap plugin for my devices but there is no software component. The only way that I can view the installed software is to go to http://zenoss:8080/zport/dmd/Devices/Server/Linux/Prod/devices/devicenam.... I could have sworn that I have seen the Software component there in the past. Does anyone know if its possible to have the software component show up on each device page
When I try to run a Software Inventory report I get results back but I am unable to do anything with them. I cannot go to the next page, change the number of results returned, etc. When I try to export I get the three columns but the first two are blank. Has anyone ever come across anything like this before

We typically see this when a zenpack creates a custom device that overrides the device subclass.
Specifically did you override the factory_type_information on the device and did not include deviceSoftwareDetail
