Have another newbie issue... using version 4.2.5 and I cannot get the Windows service monitoring to work. The steps Ive followed are:

Thoughts Zenoss updates other data - file systems, event logs, interfaces, etc.

1. Try remodelling the device.

2. When you select the service, you can use the dropdown below to select graphs, details, templates etc. Select templates here and check what is configured. If its enabled or disabled for alerting.

Let me know your findings with screenshots.

Here is the info. ARe there any logs I can look at The discovery (modeler) process works well. But whatever process is supposed to check the servicves does not appear to be configured properly or is running.
