Graphs on populating

Hi,

I am new to Zenoss.

I have added a new Linux(ubuntu) on the currentscenario with a default templete i.e. /Server/SSH/Linux, everthing seems well, However Memory utilization graph is not populating showing -nan% in the values. Screenshot is attached.
