Hi all,
I am trying to configure mail notifications with HTML format.
The mail trigger body formart is configured with HTML tags, but mail received is always a plain text mail.
I do not know what happens. I found an old post where it indicates a bug in version 4.2.4. There is a patch thad modifies the file "/opt/zenoss/Products/ZenModel/actions.py".
It seems the same problem that me:

But the link is not working, so I cant check what patch does.
Can somebody help me

upgrade to 4.2.5, and patch that with ZenUp to get the latest fixes. That's an old bug that's long since been fixed. ZenUp can be found here:http://wiki.zenoss.org/ZenUp
