Subject: | Zenoss changes zSnmpCommunity back to "public" |

Hey guys,
I'm currently running Zenoss 4.2.5, with a custom community string defined on the device class level.
For the most part everything is working as expected, however sometimes Zenoss defines the zSnmpCommunity zProperty locally on the device level as "public".
This appears to be completely random and so far I have encountered this on at least 100 devices.
Does anyone know why this is happening Our trap community is public, but that shouldn't be a reason for Zenoss to change the zSnmpCommunity zProperty!
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Thanks.

I believe we found a bug in 5.x where the zSnmpCommunity property wasn't inheriting properly. Are you on the latest ZUP
