Configuring serviced for master and agent. HOME points to /root by default but the .dockercfg file does not reside there. I did a find on the system and .dockercfg does not seem to exist. Does the Control Center documenation need to be updated Where is this fileHOME

Default:/rootThe pathserviceduses to.

This variable is included in the startup script,/etc/init/serviced.conf.

use updatedb then locate. That should find the .dockercfg

File .dockercfg is created only if your docker client is authenticated against some docker registry. That's not default case of Zenoss 5 Core users.

Don't expect any doc from Zenoss. It's Docker feature, so check Docker doc/articles how to use your own registry - e.g. https://blog.docker.com/2013/07/how-to-use-your-own-registry/
