Thank you for your responce. I have been able to reverse engineer a bit from the template https://gist.github.com/mmaloney/48f3a5b392d03b8e3f53 and have gotten my application to deploy.

Although I would like to fine tune it more.

Where is the data stored after it is imported I would like to see some of the other veriables in uses.
