In Zenoss Core 5, we need to format the metric names pushed to OpenTSDB (TSD or Grafana).
I noticed that the device field is automatically populated when sent to TSD.
Currently, the devices discovered seem to use sysName and not the DNS name.
1. How do I automatically discover device in Zenoss Core 5 to use DNS device names instead of sysName
2. Is it possible to to configure Zenoss Core 5 to prepend information on a metric in Zenoss Core 5 sent to OpenTSDB (i.e. A use case would be prepend which Zenoss instance a metric comes from zenoss-loc-env).
3. Can I also add tags to a metric

Is there an OpenTSDB naming schema documented that someone can share with me I also need to know if this is something I can configure. If so, where can I configure the naming schema
