Thanks, But I know how to create a trigger. My issue is my rule is not triggering an alert email when the Windows service id down

I have the Windows service polling SNMP and the actual service is stopped and Zenoss shows it is still up. I model the device and it still shows up.

Why is that What to do

If the model shows up, something is listening on the port. You need to do a deeper inspection of the target.
