Subject: | Unable to monitor crond on CentOS7 |

Running 3.10.0-229.4.2.el7.x86_64 (latest CentOS 7 release). The crond service is able to be monitored on other linux boxes with CentOS 6 or earlier. On this box crond will show throw an error level (orange) event stating the process is not running.
My guess is that this may have something to do with the CentOS changes to commands like "systemctl" on 7 instead of chkconfig...just a thought.
Maybe someone else has run into this issue.

First, update to 4.2.5 including all RPS, or 5.0.5, and confirm the issue still exists. If it does, file a bug at http://jira.zenoss.com, include an output of a zencommand -v10 run against the Centos 7 box, your version of Zenoss and your version of the Linux ZenPack.
